Two survivors, a young man and a young woman, are washed ashore on a deserted island. A luxury passenger line is lost at sea.

    • 2

Maybe in a few more months I will pick it up again and try another character. the first character I lost interest in trying to play with the other three to see their story lines.

    • 3

Now, with Lost in Blue 3, we are returning for a third helping of the same tiring formula with very little new features. Well, the first game was a breath of fresh air while the second just seemed like a repeat with different characters.

    • 4

Perhaps it’s how the other character (you can play as a girl or a boy) depends on the other to live or how sweet it was to explore unknown territory hand-in-hand. Konami brought us an original and involving game about two lost souls on a deserted tropical island just trying to survive while awaiting rescue.

    • 5

There was just something so delightfully endearing about the first Lost in Blue game for the Nintendo DS. .

    • 6

. I know in lost in blue .

    • 7

When I go into items and tap it, the only option it gives me is to discard it. Why does James, a martial artist, have to be the one who is a professional at packing items?I have tried equipting my bow but it wont work.

    • 8

Really, though, how Claire and Kumiko can whip up lemonade and a tasty salad out of seaweed and coconuts is indeed a wonder but why can’t they also be good at hunting and starting fires too? How utterly sexist! Konami could have at least made the girls good at packing things.

    • 9

Then there’s Kumiko, a bookish tech geek who is - surprise - also good at cooking. We meet James, a headstrong survivor who is good at fighting.

As I mentioned, though, Claire and Sam are not the only ones lost on the island. If you've never played a Lost in Blue title then there's no reason to get this one over a cheaper prequel, but it's probably best to let this title get lost in the sea of a bargain bin.

    • 2

This entry into the series is the most repetitive and tiring yet, which is a shame because it also has the most interesting characters and storyline by far. There are two parts to Lost in Blue 3: the parts that are the same and thus boring, and the parts that are different and thus overly tedious.

    • 3

And as they try to unravel the mystery of the island, the young man starts experiencing shocking recollections. As it becomes apparent nobody is coming to their rescue, the pair must explore their new island home, wherein it becomes apparent that all is not what it seems.

    • 4

Two strangers - an amnesiac man and a young woman - are washed ashore on a seemingly deserted island. Lost in Blue 3 for DS follows the survivors of a passenger liner that is lost at sea.
